Compensation & Fees

The interMediator Group’s fees for services are individually negotiated with clients and how they are paid is dependent on the type of service for which TIG is retained.

For executive recruitment, the interMediator group works on a fixed retainer basis, with the fee based on the time required for the search and its projected difficulty with no increase in fee if the client should decide to increase the compensation offered a candidate. This approach, unusual for retained executive search firms, more closely aligns our interests with those of our client in securing the best possible talent for the most reasonable compensation. TIG’s fee is paid in one-third increments, with the first third due upon signing the recruiting contract, the second third due one month into the process, and the final third due upon presentation of four viable candidates.

Executive coaching and development services are provided through retainer agreement. Compensation is determined by the time required for the services.
